While it's tempting to channel your inner princess and give your hair a royal treatment, excessive brushing can actually do more harm than good. Brushing your hair too much can lead to breakage and damage, especially if done vigorously. Instead, opt for a gentle brush and limit the number of strokes to detangle your hair effectively without causing unnecessary stress.


Myth 2: Washing Your Hair Every Day is a Must


Raise your hand if you've been told that washing your hair daily is essential for maintaining cleanliness and health. Guilty as charged! However, overwashing your hair can strip it of its natural oils, leading to dryness and potential damage. The frequency of hair washing should be tailored to your hair type and lifestyle.
